Laurel is such a good big sister and she LOVES hanging out with Timothy. In this picture the two of them are getting ready to take a “nap” on the couch (yeah right!)…but that was Laurel’s intent. :-) She was very careful to make sure that Timothy was covered up and comfortable and that we couldn’t roll off the couch, so she laid on the outside edge to keep him safe. Timothy is so easy-going and absolutely LOVES all the love and attention he gets from both of his big sisters! As of 3 nights ago he moved into the crib in the girl’s room and so far so good…and the girls feel so grown up having their baby brother in their room. :-D

This is Mikayla’s idea of naptime on the couch…Notice she has two of her baby dolls tucked in and ready for their nap in the pack and play beside the couch. The couch cushion that should be underneath her is actually standing up to be her back rest and she has a throw pillow under her head while she has covered herself with a bath towel. You’ll see on the table with all the toys she has placed a “night light” and in front of the light she has the kitchen timer set as her “beeper” so she will wake up. She has also closed the living room curtain so that it is dark and her babies will be able to sleep. She’s already read them a story and sang and prayed with them and while I was taking this picture she was busy whispering to me how I needed to be “very foreful (careful) to be quiet so that the babies won’t wake up”.
